Job Title: Accountant cum Office Assistant Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant cum Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks along with general office administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including vouchers, receipts, and payments Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and ledgers Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash Support with GST, TDS, and other tax filings Office Assistance Duties: Manage files, records, and documentation (physical and digital) Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence Schedule meetings and maintain office calendar Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain stock inventory Support HR and admin tasks as needed Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field Proven experience as an accountant or office assistant (1years preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software Good communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Job Type: Full-time Location: Surat Salary: 12000-30000
